Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the alert types you have enabled. You may receive approximately 5–10 messages per month, though this may be higher during periods of frequent account activity. Transactional and security alerts are sent as events occur.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Runline does not charge for text messages beyond any applicable carrier fees. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Runline Text Alerts are available on most major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and others. Runline is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier limitations or network issues. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Runline's text messaging program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA guidelines, and applicable state laws. We obtain express written consent before sending marketing or promotional messages. Transactional messages (such as security alerts and account notifications) may be sent based on your service relationship with us.
We maintain records of your consent, including the date, time, IP address, and consent language presented at time of opt-in, for a minimum of 5 years or as required by applicable law.
Your mobile phone number is used solely to deliver Runline Text Alerts. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your number may be shared with our SMS service provider(s) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
